Try this exquisite recipe by Devashri Bagul @baguldevashri (Palghar, Maharashtra). Ingredients: For making outer pari 1 or 1/2 cup Rice flour 1 cup water 1/2 cup milk 3 tsp Ghee 2 pinch salt. For inner filling of modak 2 cup fresh grated coconut 1 cup grated jaggary/gud 3-4 cardamom powder 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder 3 tsp ghee PROCESS: Step 1: take a pan add 3 tsp ghee, add grated coconut and fry it slightly.
